Amplitude, not just high temperature, now calls for attending!
At winter, broken rails, now the most frequent reason for derailments, fatal, etc., has proved a serious symptom.
As all other public modes, as well at railways, now safe safety factors has to be requested! Resilency has to be provided – and quantified – at a safely calculable, a timely track system!
(Basics, rail… shall not remain the “fuse”!)
