Putin’s railway through occupied Ukraine almost complete

Russia has almost finished its new railroad in occupied Ukraine, warns Kilrilo Budanov, the head of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence Service (DIU). The railway is meant to serve as a logistical alternative to the bridge over the Kerch Strait, linking Russia and annexed Crimea.
