Siemens Mobility to upgrade Copenhagen S-bane with ATO by 2033

Driverless operation for the complete S-bane network in Copenhagen is on its way. Siemens Mobility aims to implement GoA4, on 170 kilometres of the Danish S-bane network by 2033. This upgrade promises “up to 40 per cent more capacity without any new tracks” says Siemens Mobility CEO Michael Peter on LinkedIn.
