Without an EU infrastructure strategy, for meeting with Goal of Union – then regrettably bottlenecks of railways, already plaguing clients, will remain.
Current “state of the art” standards, are due for a decisive upgrading – now!
Rail, basics…, safely calculably, shall withstand traffic…
(Current “squats” and cracks, now, call for a shift to a track safely, soundly, sustaining speed…)
Double rail freight is good. So is heavy trains, but short heavy is better than long, etc.
