UK rail regulator has its say on the future of the network

The switch over of responsibilities from the outgoing Network Rail to the incoming Great British Railways (GBR) should be seamless and not interrupt the running of the railways. The government sponsored but independent watchdog, the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), has published its guidelines in a series of key documents for future regulation of the rail network.

Industry and IM:s , both, regrettably “have missed Train”.
Voters and their representatives do not fulfil their mission as owners. (Devastatingly, now mere shortcomings, are excuses, for extras upon service rendered, by the other device, etc.)
Neither Industry delivers.
(All, other, decisively upgrade, for added load capacity, for reduced costs. Industry however, sticks to “standards”, timely when steam was shifted out…)
Anyhow, sooner the better, a New Old Railway has to be constructed!
