Safety expert: ‘Prevent ProRail liability for night work’

In the Netherlands, the railway construction sector must set clear goals to prevent health issues caused by night work. If not, there might arise the question of whether clients such as ProRail are criminally liable for the consequences, warns safety expert Tiemen van der Worp. “A personal injury lawyer would relish this.”
