The Public Prosecution Service of the Netherlands will not prosecute anyone criminally for the fatal train accident near Voorschoten, in the Dutch province of South Holland, last year. In that accident, a crane operator, who was crossing the tracks with his crane, lost his life. The court concluded that it was an accident.
