Alstom hits big in Australia with 700-million-euro contract

Alstom will be supplying 100 Flexity low-floor Next Generation Trams (NGTs) to the state of Victoria’s Department of Transport valued at some 700 million euros. The trams will be used for the Melbourne Tram Network from 2025 onwards.
