Network Rail creates 3D computer model of viaduct for future maintenance work

Network Rail has created a 3D computer model of the Whalley railway viaduct in Lancashire using LiDAR technology and drones. The infrastructure manager will use the digital blueprint in the planning of its maintenance activities on the Victorian viaduct.
