Alternatives to PFAS? -Error 505- not found by UNIFE for many rail uses

While PFAS and its environmental and health risks are becoming an enemy of the public and people might be getting rid of their Teflon pans, the fact is that it is used nearly everywhere. Also in the railway sector, often hailed for being the most environmentally friendly means of transport. An EU ban on the chemicals is in the making, but there is one problem: there are currently few alternatives, according to sector organisation UNIFE.
