SNCF announces partial reopening of rail link between France and Italy

Following the rockslide in the Maurienne Valley on August 27, 2023, SNCF Voyageurs announced the implementation of a substitute passenger service between France and Italy for journeys starting January 10, and continuing until March 24. The service will bypass the affected area using buses.
