DB joins airline club Star Alliance as intermodal partner

Deutsche Bahn (DB) on August 1st will officially start a cooperation with Star Alliance as intermodal partner. That means that passengers on flights operated by Star Alliance members will be able travel by train on a single ticket upon landing in Germany.
