Virtually all of Europe struggles with ERTMS rollout

The Netherlands now has ERTMS implemented on two lines and a few trial routes. Luxembourg has completed the rollout of the European train safety system, Belgium is well over halfway, and Switzerland seems to have its affairs in the best order. SpoorPro was at the ERTMS 2024 conference in Valenciennes this week and learned that all participating countries are struggling with the rollout of the European train protection system.
