Swedish Public Transport sends Santa a 40-point wish list

The Swedish Public Transport Association (Svensk Kollektivtrafik) has produced a report summarising knowledge about the increase in climate emissions and how public transport and increased transport efficiency can reduce emissions and create benefits for society. From this research, they have derived a 40-point programme with concrete political proposals to make Sweden a transport-efficient society.

Very good, but as currently decided at Swedish Parliament, not just System (sing.) but now
all individual systems (plur.) shall be future proof, thus safely with safety factors, etc.! (“punkt slut”!)
Accordingly, simply:
Electrification, yes, but a resilient and redundant (robust) etc.!
At railways STAX32 should be min. etc., etc.
Furthermore, as understood, IM, etc. shall prove high quality.
However “fostering of society”, too much resembles a khmer society and should not be task os Santa!…
