Infrabel wants to recruit 1,400 new employees in the next two years. The Belgian rail operator launched a major recruitment campaign. According to the railway company, new people are badly needed, because many employees will reach retirement age: about 1 in 4 employees will retire in the next ten years. Especially women are encouraged to apply.
