SpoorPro wrote about it already in November last year. The founder of the glossy business magazine Quote, Maarten van den Biggelaar, aims to start a high-speed connection between Amsterdam, Paris, and London by 2028, called Heuro. “We simply want lower prices and more people out of planes and onto trains,” he said to SpoorPro back then. In his ‘own’ Quote, Van den Biggelaar explains that he needs €600 million for his plan. He is convinced that he will manage to raise this money.
