Danish track works pick up speed in late July
Banedanmark is in the process of renewing and upgrading the railway across the country, and especially in Zealand, Funen and Jutland. A new digital signalling system will also be installed. Activity will peak next week. Indeed, such works are primarily conducted during the summer holidays, when fewer people use the trains.
