ProMedia Group will acquire Industrielinqs, aiming to expand its leading positions in transport, logistics, and mobility into the industrial sector.

ProMedia Group recently signed a Letter of Intent for the acquisition of Industrielinqs press and platform, a leading publisher in the process industry. With this strategic acquisition, ProMedia aims to expand its leading positions in transport, logistics, and mobility into the industrial sector.

The acquisition, expected to be completed by the coming summer, marks a significant milestone for both companies.

Wim Raaijen, director-owner of Industrielinqs, and Arie van Dijk, CEO of ProMedia, have signed the letter of intent after a brief period of rapidly growing mutual trust and shared visions for the future.

Further Expansion

“This acquisition offers great opportunities for growth and development for Industrielinqs,” says Wim Raaijen, who will join ProMedia as publisher/editor-in-chief after 22 years of entrepreneurship. “The strength and multimedia approach of ProMedia will help us further expand the industrial media and knowledge platform, especially online and in events, in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of Europe.”

New Opportunities

ProMedia, known for its high-quality content and multimedia approach, considers Industrielinqs’ expertise and position in the industrial market as a valuable addition to its current portfolio.

“The integration of Industrielinqs strengthens and broadens our position in the market and provides us with opportunities to expand our reach in the industrial sector,” says Arie van Dijk.

The full acquisition of Industrielinqs also includes its permanent staff, freelancers, established contacts, and ongoing contracts, ensuring continuity and stability for customers and employees.

Industrielinqs is a modern publishing and content network for the industry, building extensive knowledge networks together with partners and members. Quality information and strong relationships are a priority, achieved through journalistic productions and events such as Industrielinqs Magazine and Petrochem, various news sites, events, trails, elections, talk shows, and film productions. Industrielinqs focuses on middle and senior management & professionals within the process industry, energy, and water companies.

ProMedia Group is a multimedia company and publisher of business-to-business magazines in the transport, logistics, and mobility sectors. The company informs directors, managers, entrepreneurs, and other professionals daily about developments within their field. Additionally, the publishing house organizes high-quality (inter)national congresses and trade fairs in these sectors, believing that sharing knowledge leads to a better business climate. Its magazines reach over 1 million professionals in transport, logistics, and mobility per month.
