The original recruitment drive for the Edinburgh Trams attracted over ten thousand applicants. So it comes as no surprise that the operators of the system in Scotland’s capital city have announced that the forthcoming extension of the network is fully staffed in anticipation of opening for public service in a few months. The single route network currently operates between the international airport and the city centre, with an extension almost complete to the north of the city.
