Quality pays and at supply chains, low risk, safe “JIT” is high quality!
Accordingly those devices now proving robust (redundant and resilient) handsomely are rewarded – and vice versa…
1.
At railway electrification, redundancy has to be provided!
2.
At tracks, upgrading to 32,5 ton, at a safely calculable new standard, equally now is a must.
(Predictive, ok., but “optimal maintenance” as currently, in fact just for adding new “transit zones”…,a “deed of a necessity” – is suboptimal.)
