RailTech Europe`24: Delft Hyperloop dream-team gears up for Zurich

On March 6 & 7 of this year, the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht transformed into the place to meet for the European railway sector, with over 100 participating parties at the exhibition, a dynamic conference and more than 35 workshops. RailTech interviewed two members of this year’s Delft University of Technology Hyperloop team live on the conference floor. 

Cem Celikbas (Delft Hyperloop team captain) and Olivier Lam (Delft Hyperloop public relations manager) discuss the Delft Hyperloop project at RailTech Europe 2024, with journalists Emma Dailey and Esther Geerts. Celikbas and Lam are members of the 8th Delft Hyperloop team, composed of 39 students from 4 different universities and 13 different academic backgrounds. On the podcast, they discussed the team’s goals, the challenges faced, and more, as they prepare to compete in the European Hyperloop Week in Zurich, Switzerland this July.
