Project launch event in Umbria RFI

The construction works have begun for the railway line between Perugia Ponte San Giovanni and Terni, marking a significant step forward in the infrastructure development of the region. With an investment of approximately 85 million euros, funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the project aims to revamp the railway infrastructure along this route. The scheduled completion date for the works is December 2024.

Renovation, without upgrading?, hm…
Other modes decisively upgrade, for lower costs, etc…
For safely proving an equal partner (at any current “On Demand” supply chain) railways, now urgently request upgrading, at any renovation, etc.
Within a 10 year period, at a marginal extra, railways safely should sustain STAX32, etc., the now min acceptable.
(A high quality steel, a now standard, UIC60 rail withstand STAX40 – providing track bed not has detoriated – due to current modest STAX22,5…)
