Network Rail works to shield iconic coastal railway line
The work is part of the wider South West Rail Resilience Programme Network Rail
UK infrastructure manager Network Rail will carry out resilience work on the cliffs along a coastal railway in southern England. The project is part of the wider South West Rail Resilience Programme, which was initiated in 2014 to protect the line between Dawlish and Teignmouth. The resilience works will commence this week.
