Hm…,
“classified and reduced defects”, etc, by “machine learning algorithms”, as it seems parts of current mantra: “optimal maintenance”, all such, simply is telling about, problems by too large stresses – imposed by added traffic and speed – the by market demanded.
(All other modes, meet with demand of market… Decisively, they add load capacity, for reduced costs, etc.
What is “overall benefits”, by sticking to infrastructure standards no longer optimal?)
