France shows one of the strongest rebounds in passenger rail traffic in Europe, according to a new report entitled The European Rail Transport Market In 2021. Published by the French Transport Authority, or Autorité de régulation des transport (ART), this report shows that the European situation in 2021 has been marked by a partial recovery in passenger rail activity. It is an addition to the report on the rail market in France in 2021, published in December 2022.
