Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail), the operator of the national railway network of Ireland, has released its annual Gender Pay Gap report for 2023. This second report follows the first one published in 2022. Within Irish Rail, the gender wage gap has grown, in favour of women, and more women have joined the company in 2023.
