SBB to kick off 182-million-euro expansion of Basel station
The rail infrastructure in and around Basel will see a major revamp in the coming years. 2022, SBB
SBB’s train station in Basel will gain an additional platform and a temporary overpass as part of a 180-million franc expansion project (182,7 million euros). The works, which will begin in January, are necessary in order to additional trains per hour.
