Malaysia’s East Coast Rail Link project nears 30-percent completion

The East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project was 27,82 percent complete at the end of February, local media reported Malaysia Rail Link (MRL) ceo Datuk Seri Darwis Abdul Razak as saying on Wednesday.
