UK rail minister’s ex-dealings ‘severely’ hurting supply chain
Last month, RailTech interviewed a rail engineer who was fired after the new UK rail minister demanded his dismissal for raising safety concerns at London’s Euston Station. Peter Hendy, then head of Network Rail, also threatened the engineer’s employer with the loss of public contracts if action was not taken.
