InnoTrans24: Siemens unveils Signaling X and new service tech
InnoTrans ‘24 is underway! Well, not quite yet, but Siemens kicked off the expo early on Monday by launching a slew of new products. That includes Signaling X, a souped-up centralised cloud platform for signalling and control systems that can bring together national and local transport data. It also announced several new features for its Railigent X services, including fully automated visual inspections, which it says could tackle the ever-growing demands on our trains and tracks.
