Vossloh’s rail replacement tech sees key ICE line fixed in record time
Earlier this month, Deutsche Bahn replaced approximately 70 kilometres of rail along one of its key transport routes, the Cologne-Frankfurt high-speed line, in the space of just four weeks. The demanding topography of one of the ICE network’s most important lines makes the record-breaking speed all the more impressive. It was achievable in part thanks to Vossloh’s state-of-the-art rail replacement tech.
