CPK enters new phase as Poland approves new high speed line
The Polish government has chosen the route for its new high-speed lines between the Central Communication Port (CPK) and the cities of Płock and Włocławek. Marking a new phase in the CPK megaproject, the extension of one of Poland’s most important rail routes will nearly halve journey times between the heart of the country and parts of its northern regions. It will also play a crucial role in integrating Poland into the EU’s ambitious Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T).
