Germany-Poland commuters rejoice as Oder rail bridge reopens
After three and a half years and numerous delays, trains between Germany and Poland are once again crossing the River Oder near Küstrin-Kietz. This is due to a newly renovated railway bridge, which officials describe as the first structure of its kind in the world.
